At Virticom AI, we provide digital AI chatbot solutions and services. As our products are software-based, there is no physical shipping involved. However, we ensure timely digital delivery of all purchased services and products.

1. Delivery Timeline

• AI Chatbot Development: Once the payment is received, our team will start working on the chatbot. The delivery timeline varies based on the complexity of the chatbot:

  • Basic Chatbot: 3-5 business days

  • Advanced AI Chatbot: 7-10 business days

  • Custom Chatbot with API Integration: 10-15 business days

• Revisions & Updates: Any requested modifications after delivery will follow a separate timeline, based on the nature of the change.

• Clients will receive updates and access to the chatbot via email and the client dashboard.

2. Digital Delivery Process

• All chatbot solutions will be deployed on the client’s preferred platform (website, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).

• The chatbot files, API keys, or access credentials (if applicable) will be shared via a secured channel.

• A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the chatbot is fully integrated and functional.

3. Service Accessibility

• Clients will receive login credentials or API access to their chatbot upon full payment.

• Maintenance and support plans, if opted for, will ensure continued updates and performance improvements.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Since our products are digital and custom-developed, we do not offer refunds once work has started.

• If a project is canceled before development begins, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

• If a client is not satisfied with the chatbot, we offer up to two free revisions as per the original project scope.
